Kiwi Fruit Salad | Kiwi Salsa
Ingredients:-
Kiwi - 1 1/2 Cup
Onion - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 1/2 Cup
Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 Cup
Fresh Basil - 1/4 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Method :-
1. Grab some kiwi's, onion, tomato, bell pepper & basil leaves, wash them properly to remove dirt & then Chop them.
2. In a bowl add chopped kiwi, onion, tomatoes, Yello Bell Pepper, Fresh Basil.
3.Now add sugar, black pepper, salt according to taste
4.Finally add lemon juice & mix well.
5. Kiwi salsa/ Kiwi Salad is ready to Serve.
Note :- If you don't have fresh basil ,you can use spinach in place of basil.
