Weikfield Butterscotch Ice Cream Mix | Weikfield Ice Cream Mix



To Make Weikfield ice cream 

In a Pan take 400 ml Full Fat Milk.
Empty the content of Weikfield Ice Cream Powder in Milk.
Mix Well, Turn On Gas & Cook for 3 mins on Medium Flame.
Keep on Stirring Continously 
After 3 mins turn off gas and let it cool
Take 1 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream & add pinch of yellow food color
Now Beat Whipped Cream with electrical beater ,till it gets fluffy
Now mix cooled mixture ( ice cream mix & milk ) with whipped cream
& beat it with electric beater for few mins

Now pour mixture in air tight container & keep it in freezer.
Ice Cream will set in 3 hours, After 3 hours beat ice cream with electrical beater for
few minutes on high speed to give it a texture.

Keep ice cream  in freezer and freeze until ice cream becomes firm.

 How many days we can store falooda It depends if you want to store cooked falooda or you want to store homemade falooda mix.. It is best to eat falooda fresh or with in a day, but if you are preparing falooda in large quantity and want to store it for later use.. then it is best to consume it with in 2 days.. Falooda is prepared by using milk and even if you keep falooda in fridge it will not stay fresh after 2 days..  Whenever i prepare falooda i store it for maximum 2 days.. not more than that, but if you have prepared homemade falooda mix ( homemade falooda mix are dry ingredients that are used to make falooda ) you can store it for 2 months..  I always make falooda mix at home in different flavours before summer and keep it in zip lock bags.
