Butterscotch Falooda Recipe

Like other falooda recipes, butterscotch falooda is same, only difference is flavor, there are so many flavors and you can choose any flavor you like.. I like falooda in all flavors and will soon share with you recipe of all of them. ( chocolate falooda, Rose falooda, Pista Falooda, Strawberry falooda, Butterscotch Falooda )

I really like chocolate & butterscotch combination, so I will be using lots of chocolate for my falooda, but if you don't want to use too much chocolate you can reduce chocolate quantity in falooda..

For Making Butterscotch Falooda You Will Need:-

1/2 kg Full Cream Milk

For Butterscotch Falooda Mix Preparation:-

1/4 Cup Vermicelli
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Basil Seeds
Pinch of lemon Yellow Color
1 Tbsp Butterscotch Flavor Custard Powder
(Note: If you don't have Butterscotch Flavor custard Powder use 1 tbsp conflour 
+ butterscotch essence )

For Garnishing:-

4 to 8 Tbsp Whipped Cream
( Note : Instead of Whipped Cream you can use chocolate or butterscotch ice cream )
Chocolate Sauce
Cashews
Butterscotch Nuts

Butterscotch Falooda Preparation:-

1. Take full cream milk & bring to boil.


2. Prepare butterscotch falooda mix in a bowl. Take vermicelli, sugar, basil seeds, lemon yellow color, butterscotch custard powder & mix them together. Butterscotch falooda mix is ready.


3. Once milk is boiled add butterscotch falooda mix in milk, stir continously & cook 15 mins on low flame.

4. After 15 mins turn off gas. Let falooda cool down.


5. For garnishing take whipped cream add chocolate sauce in it & beat cream till it gets fluffy.


6. Once falooda is cool down, Pour it in glass, then garnish it with whipped cream.


7. Sprinkle some cashews, butterscotch nuts & pour some chocolate sauce on top.



Butterscotch Falooda Is Ready To Serve
