Quinoa is often referred to as the super grain and has been grown in Latin America for thousands of years. It gets its super food status as it is a plant food which delivers complete and good quality protein. It is naturally rich in Fiber, and contains essential Nutrients like omega 3 , iron , zinc, and some vitamin B.

How To Cook Quinoa
Quinoa cooks like rice .It has Crunchy Texture and has a neutral flavor. It can be eaten with dal, sambar, curry just like we eat rice.
Dishes like fried rice ,upma ,pulao, salads etc.. can be made with quinoa.
OPEN PAN COOKING :-
To one part of quinoa, add 2 parts of water.
1/2 Cup Quinoa
1 Cup Water
Wash Quinoa once properly before cooking
Bring to Boil.
Reduce heat , cover and simmer for 15 mins.
Let it rest for 5 mins.
Fluff and Serve hot

How to perfectly boil quinoa
1/2 कप कीन्वा
को साफ पानी से धोले !
एक उबाल आने पर गैस को स्लो कर दें ! और कीन्वा को ढक दें ! कीन्वा को पंद्रा मिनट ढक कर पकाए , पंद्रा मिनट के बाद गैस बंद कर दे और कीन्वा को पाँच मिनट तक ढके रहने दें !
उबले हुए कीन्वा का आप सलाद बनाए , उपमा बना कर सर्व करे !
