STORAGE:-
I would suggest you to Store chickpea in a cool ,dark place. Once opened, place them in a tightly closed container.
How To Cook Dried Chickpea :-
1 Cup Chickpea
Soak Chickpea overnight or for 7-8 hrs.
Overnight Soaked ChickpeasIn a Pressure Cooker add chickpea with 1.5 Cup of Water
Add 1/4 tsp salt
Now cooked Overnight soaked chickpea on low flame for 15 to 20 mins
Perfectly Cooked
Chickpea Salad Recipe In English & Hindi Language :-
INGREDIENTS :-
Dried Chickpea - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp ( For Boiling ) + 1/4 tsp ( For Cooking )
Water - 1.5 Cup ( For boiling )
Oil - 1 Tbsp ( For Cooking )
Red chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cucumber - 1 Cup
Onion - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 1/2 Cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Coriander - 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli - 2
Roasted Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - half
Olive Oil / Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Recipe:-
1.Soak Chickpea overnight . next day wash soaked chickpea with clean water.
2. In a pressure cooker add 1.5 cup water , 1/4 tsp salt with soaked chickpea.
3.cooked for 15 to 20 mins on low flame.
4.After 20 mins turnoff gas, release heat , open pressure cooker.
5.Now in a pan take cooking oil , add boiled chickpea ,add salt & red chilli
powder & saute it for 3 mins.
6.After 3 mins, turn off gas, and let chickpea cool.
7. Now take a bowl add cucumber ,tomato & onion .
8.Now add ginger , coriander , green chilli, chickpea & mix well
9.Now add roasted cumin powder, chat masala, black salt , lemon , black pepper , coconut oil , mix well & Chickpea Salad Is Ready To Serve.

2. भीगे हुए चनो को साफ पानी से धोलें !
3. अब चनो को प्रेशर कुकर में डाल दें , साथ में ढेढ कप पानी डाले और एक चौथाई चम्मच नमक डालें , चनो को पंद्रा से बीस मिनट तक धीमी आँच पर पकाए !
4. बीस मिनट बाद चनो को छान ले !
5. अब पैन में एक टेबल स्पून तेल ढाले, तेल गरम होने पर, उबले हुए चने डाले !
6. एक चौथाई चम्मच नमक और
लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर तीन से चार मिनट भून लें !
7. गैस बंद करदे और चनो को ठंडा होने दें!
8. एक बोल में एक कप खीरा , आधा कप प्याज़ , आधा कप टमाटर डालें !
9. एक इंच अधरक , एक चौथाई कप धनिया , दो हरी मिर्च डाले, उसमें चने डाल कर मिक्स करे
10. अब उसमें एक चौथाई चम्मच भुना जीरा, एक चौथाई चम्मच चाट मसाला , एक चौथाई चम्मच कला नमक, आधा नींबू , एक चौथाई चम्मच काली मिर्च , एक टेबल स्पून नारियल तेल डाल कर मिक्स करे !
काबुली चना सर्व करने कि लिए रेडी है !
Note :- मैंने यहाँ घर का बना नारियल तेल यूज़ किया है!
